We place senior engineers across the full range of enterprise IT, from web, cloud and QA through to data and security. That includes the niche skills that are hardest and slowest to hire for locally. Canadian contract, weekly or monthly billing, and most placements start within two to three weeks.
Certified platform people are scarce in Canada and priced accordingly. By the time a posting clears approvals, screening, interviews and notice period, a full quarter is gone.
The usual workaround is a staffing agency, which gets you a résumé and a markup, but nobody accountable once the person is in the seat. If it goes wrong, that is your problem to manage.
We do it differently. You get the specialist, and you also get a named delivery lead on the Canadian side whose job is to make sure the engagement works.
These are the skills clients ask us for most, not the limit of what the network covers. Every profile is screened by someone who has run delivery in that area. Certifications where the platform requires them, real project history in every case.
Working with a platform that is not listed? Ask. The network runs deep and the list above is what comes up most often, not a boundary.
Most of the risk in hiring offshore sits in the first month, before you know whether the person is any good. We handle that two different ways, and which one applies comes down to whether it is a skill we keep staffed.
Senior people only. We do not bill junior profiles at senior rates, and we do not swap people out quietly once an engagement starts.
A Canadian contract. The MSA is with XShorify Canada Inc. Canadian entity, Canadian billing, and paperwork your procurement team already knows how to process.
Weekly or monthly billing. Short cycles, no long lock-in. Start with one person for a few weeks if that is what makes sense, and scale up once it works.
NDA and IP protection included in every engagement, at no extra cost.
On-site if you ask for it. Remote is our default model. For long-term engagements we can arrange for your engineer to travel and work from your offices for a period, which tends to help most around onboarding or a major release. Ask on the call and we will tell you what is workable.
We stay in it. A placement is not a seat we fill and forget. Someone on our side follows the work, and when something starts drifting we raise it with you rather than waiting for you to notice. We are here for the engagement that runs for years, not the one that gets filled this month.
Real time-zone overlap. Our delivery teams work a shifted schedule to hold four or more hours against Eastern Time. Standups happen with your team, not in a report the next morning.
A senior ServiceNow or SAP specialist in Toronto or Montreal costs well into six figures before benefits, and contractor day rates run higher still. Offshore placement through our network lands at a meaningful fraction of that.
We do not publish the number, because the honest answer changes with the platform, the seniority, and how long you need the person. A rate card would either overquote the simple engagements or underquote the hard ones.
Tell us the role on a call and you will have a number the same week.
We will come back with profiles and a number. No commitment, and no sales sequence afterwards.
